In line with our continuous expansion plan, We are looking for highly qualified people for any vacancies in both current business and new business as follows:

เลขานุการ (Secretary)

1) Providing secretarial and administrative support to the senior general manager, for example, manage schedules and appointments; translate documents from Thai into English as assigned
2) Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
3) Answering the phone, organizing and preserving papers and computer files, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail, and e-mail.
4) Being in charge of company vehicle administration: a driver schedule
5) Assisting in collecting information and preparing reports as assigned
6) Planning and arranging meeting schedule as well as preparing necessary information for the meeting, attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
7) Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, photocopying and printing various documents.
8) Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
9) Accommodation/transportation arrangement for all employees if go on a business trip or for company’s visitors if come to visit the factory

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. เพศหญิง อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป 2. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป 3. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวข้องจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ 5. มีความเชี่ยวชาญโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
