General Manager

Reporting to Senior Vice President (Composite Board), you would lead a team of functional managers in achieving the company objectives. You would be responsible for the operation and performance of the company which will involve the followings:

1. initiating and implementing an effective business plan and achieving the targeted growth and profitability objectives,

2. overseeing the factory operations and ensuring its operations are safe and environmentally acceptable and conform to AICA Standards/ local law and regulations and the products are produced cost effectively and meeting customer requirements,

3. relationship management with key customers, shareholders/ government agencies/ community and sourcing new customers,

4. liaising with the regional Procurement functions in procuring raw materials in a cost efficient manner,

5. managing the budget and control cost level of the company in accordance to the target set,

6. managing the human resources of the company and ensuring the staff are sufficiently trained and skilled to be able to perform their jobs in a safe and efficient way,

7. liaising with the regional Finance, HR, Operations Technology groups as well as business units within the Asia Pacific Region.

8. Perform any other matters as required by Aica and reporting to the Board of Directors of AICA Hatyai.

Based on the above, your responsibilities will cover all functional areas such as production, HSE, sales, purchasing, finance, human resources and administration.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Minimum 15 years relevant experience in business and management, in a small to medium company. 2. Have a good working knowledge of adhesives business and/or related markets. Experience in setting up and completing a Greenfield site will be highly valued. 3. Possess a Masters / Bachelor Degree in Business or Science. 4. Willing to take initiatives and possess to drive to improve the business performance and organization.
